How to Show your Subscription Region

This guide will take you through each step to view your subscription region. We highly recommend viewing your subscription region when creating a new Zone Set. This ensures that you will be able to use the Zone Set in your future projects.

The following information is only relevant to accounts with subscription regions. This includes Project Subscriptions, Regional Subscriptions, and Studies within Consultant Marketing Subscriptions. 

Note: If a Zone Set is not within the subscription region you will not see it available in your Zone Set list on the “Create Projects” tab.

Step 1: Go to the “Manage Travel Projects” page

Step 2: Click the “Manage my Zone Sets” tab

Step 3: Click on “Create a New Zone Set” or edit a previously created Zone Set that has not yet been used in a Project.

Step 4: If you created a new Zone Set, then click “Draw a New Zone.” If you are looking at a previously created Zone Set, then you can click the pencil icon to edit a Zone.

Step 5: Once you have clicked either “Draw New Zone” or the pencil icon, a box to “Show Subscription Region” will pop up. Select that box.

Then your subscription region will show up in blue on the map to the right.

Once you can see your subscription region you can draw new Zones in the region or check that an existing Zone Set is within the region by clicking on "View Other Zone Set."

If your region does not match your expectations, or you need to expand your region, please reach out to your Account Representative and support@streetlightdata.com to discuss changing your region.
