How do I log in for the first time?

When StreetLight creates your user account, you will receive an email with information to set up the account. You must set your password, log in to StreetLight InSight®, then fill out the User Acknowledgement Form. After completing these steps, we recommend completing our online fundamentals training or participating in one of our live training sessions prior to creating analyses in StreetLight InSight®.

If you have access to multiple accounts, you will receive an email informing you that your new account has been added to your current credentials.

Set your password

When you receive an email from StreetLight Support letting you know your account is ready to go, you can create a password to access StreetLight InSight®.

  1. In the email from StreetLight InSight®, click the link to set your password.

  2. Enter a password in both fields.


    Passwords are case-sensitive and must include eight or more characters, have at least one capital letter, and have one number or special character. Passwords can contain spaces.

  3. Click Change password.

    The StreetLight InSight® login page opens, where you can log in to your account. You also use your login credentials to access the StreetLight Help Center and to view details of your tickets with StreetLight Support

Log into StreetLight InSight®

After you set your password, log into StreetLight InSight®. On your first login with a new account, you must sign the User Acceptance Form.

You can now use these credentials to log into StreetLight InSight® and the Help Center.

  1. Access StreetLight InSight® at

  2. Enter your email and password, and click Enter.

    If your organization uses Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) to log into StreetLight InSight® follow the steps below. Contact your administrator to see if you can use Microsoft SSO.

    1. Click Sign in with Microsoft.

    2. Sign in or select your Microsoft account for the organization your StreetLight InSight® account is with.

    3. Review the Permissions requested and click Accept.

  3. If you have multiple accounts, select the new account from the list of your accounts.

  4. If it is your first time logging in, complete the User Acknowledgment form presented by DocuSign.

    1. Check the box indicating that you agree to use electronic records and signatures and then click Continue.

    2. Complete the red boxes in the form.


      Note: You can download or print the form from the top bar.

    3. Read the rest of the form and click Confirm at the bottom of the page.


      You will receive an email with the text of the form.

      After you click Confirm you will be logged into StreetLight InSight®. This form only appears the first time you log into your account.
