Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) Terms of Service and Privacy Statement

Your access is provided via an End User License Agreement (the "License Agreement") between StreetLight Data, Inc. and Your Organization. You are responsible for knowing and abiding by the terms and restrictions set forth in the License Agreement. With respect to the use of the Subscribed Output (the materials generated by and through access to and/or use of the StreetLight Data Products), you hereby confirm: (i) you do not have the ability to use the StreetLight InSight® App and/or the Subscribed Output to determine the identity of any specific person; (ii) you shall make no attempt to obtain data permitting you to use the StreetLight InSight® Web App and/or the Subscribed Output to determine the identity of any person; (iii) the you will not accept any information from any third party that permits the use of the Subscribed Output to make such an identification; and (iv) you will not use the StreetLight InSight® Web App and/or the Subscribed Output to determine the identity of any specific person.  When you Access the StreetLight InSight® App, we may collect information from you including Name, Email Address or Preferred Username, IP Address, and Profile Photo. We use this information to render you the requested services. StreetLight does not retain any of the information utilized in granting users access to the StreetLight InSight® App.
